While requesting your shipment, you will be asked to enter all the info about it; like the kind of goods and the weight of the shipment, then when you receive our offers, you will find the selected cars for them, our Fleet Owner Partners will choose the most suitable trucks for your special shipments!

Yes, we do, however we don’t have Custom Clearance Services, yet.

No, the driver is not responsible for those tasks; however you can choose to have labors to do that while you request a shipment.

After submitting a request, you cannot change the time and date of the trip, unless you contact us for that.

Yes, we have a very detailed and organized tracking system, from the very beginning of the trip till the last end in the delivery phase.

It takes no more than 2 hours to get offers after submitting a request; a timer will appear at your App showing you that.

You can choose whether to pay by Credit Card or Cash.

No, you will pay what you confirmed on, however, tolls are not added to our price and you will pay it based on the invoices collected.

Cost depends on a lot of inputs, e.g., distance, weight, type of goods, time of trip, labors to carry the goods and insurance, however, you will get a break-down of all prices for each and every trip you request, and the choice is yours at the end!
You also can use the Price Estimator on the App in order to know the average cost for the trip before you request it officially, to avoid the penalties of the App misuse.

The usage of Camion is totally free; you only pay for your trips with us!

No, tolls will be calculated based on the collected invoices on the road, and their payment will be upon delivery of the shipment.

Camion is a very secure platform; however, you have to keep your password confidential and make sure that none is having it in order to keep all your data secured, check more about our security from Terms and Conditions.

Yes, you can choose the Insurance Option while requesting a shipment through the App.

Yes, in the app, you can find all the reports for the previous trips since the very beginning of your usage of the app.
